Supervisor
Supervisor – Part-Time (16 hrs/week, flexible) | Savers, Leamington Spa
Location: Leamington Spa
Hours per Week: 16 hours (opportunity to work additional hours)
Shift Pattern: Part-time, flexible shifts (mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends—discussed at interview)
Salary: £13.65 per hour

Key Responsibilities
★ Team Management:
- Lead, motivate, and inspire your team to meet sales and customer service targets.
- Develop staff through coaching, training, and opportunities for growth.
★ Customer Experience:
- Ensure seamless, friendly, and efficient service for all shoppers.
- Address customer needs with confidence and solutions-driven approach.

- Manage stock control, merchandising, and store presentation.
- Accurately complete daily duties like opening/closing the store and handling end-of-day procedures.

About You
We’re looking for a retail professional who: ✔ Has 1+ years of retail experience (or equivalent field). ✔ Loves developing others—passionate about mentoring and helping colleagues grow. ✔ Connects with Savers’ products—you’re enthusiastic about what we offer and enjoy sharing that passion.
