Supervisor (Part-Time)
Supervisor – Retail (Permanent, 30 Hours/Week)

Your Responsibilities
You’ll be a key ambassador for the Pandora brand, balancing sales leadership, operations, and exceptional customer care.
Sales Floor
- Conduct daily team briefs to inspire KPI-based goals
- Focus on CX, upselling (UPT, ATV), and productivity
- Model world-class selling habits (e.g. upselling & personalised shopping stories)
- Walk the store to assess commerciality & visual merchandising
- Escalate and resolve complex customer complaints professionally
- Crush sales targets—both individual and team-wide!

Customer Experience
- Engage with empathy every customer interaction (AM/PM shift rotations)
- Elevate the Pandora experience through storytelling attuned to individual personalities
Store Operations
- Act as key-holder, managing openings/closures
- Cash handling/reconciliation (tills, returns, resolutions)
- Handle POS and product deliveries (unloading with care)
- Safeguard integrity—monitor security policies (CCTV, access control)

- Retail experience (preferably luxury consumer products)
- Proven sales expertise in retail environments, particularly target-driven roles
- Mastery of team coaching, with a focus on performance excellence & service excellence
