Supervisor (Part-Time)

Supervisor – Retail (30 Hours/Week, Permanent) – Pandora

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive Pay: £14.53 per hour

All days operational, 30 hours per week Mondays – Sundays

The Role

You’ll:

  • Oversee daily sales floor operations (visibility merchandising, customer flow, timeliness)
  • Coach and lead your team of sales assistants to meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets
  • Champion Pandora’s brand values: Dream, Dare, Care & Deliver
  • Depict authenticity through actions, setting personal KPIs and targets
  • Handle customer escalations with professionalism and care

What You’ll Do

✅ Sales Floor Leadership

  • Hold daily team briefings, sharing performance metrics and motivating teams
  • Model gold-standard service through our proprietary ‘Selling Ceremony’
  • Conduct store walks to assess commercial opportunities and merchandising
  • Monitor sales data and intervene to drive team success
  • Resolve escalated complaints with empathy and efficiency

✅ Personalised Customer Engagement

  • Build meaningful relationships by understanding individual customer personalities
  • Leverage product expertise and storytelling to create memorable buying experiences
  • Promote Pandora’s sustainability, design, and handcrafted excellence authentically
  • Set and exceed personal/surface sales goals through effective techniques:
    • Up-selling
    • UPT (Average Transaction Value)
    • Conversion & productivity optimisation

✅ Store Operations

  • Key-holder responsibilities, ensuring secure and efficient store opening/closure procedures
  • End-of-day cash reconciliations and POS accuracy
  • Assist with administration, including:
    • Recruitment support
    • Conducting disciplinary hearings & investigations
  • POS/Stock Management:
    • Oversee product & POS deliveries
    • Organise storage and floor layout for maximum appeal
  • Till Operations:
    • Handle transactions, returns, and escalations
    • Uphold company security protocols

✔ Proven retail sales leadership (preferably with a branded luxury/consumer product company) ✔ Passion for retail excellence & exceptional customer service ✔ Strong communication skills to coach and inspire teams ✔ Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment ✔ A contagious enthusiasm for Pandora’s mission, products, and values ✔ KPI-driven mindset with a track record of meeting/beating targets ✔ Well-groomed appearance, tasteful and product-aware (you’ll champion the brand!)
