Supervisor - Pret A Manger
Supervisor
Salary: £28,500 per annum – 40 hours per week
Location: Leigh Delamere Services, M4, Chippenham, Wiltshire, SN14 6LB
As a supervisor, you will be the strong right arm to your store manager and empowered to run the unit like it’s yours. The role is simple: to be an enthusiastic leader and brand ambassador, delivering Pret A Manger’s freshly made food, organic coffee, and exceptional customer service as we transform the UK’s rest stop experience.

Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading your team to achieve and deliver excellent brand standards and customer service
- Maximising profit by:
- Driving sales
- Controlling costs
- Processing stock counts and orders
- Partnering with the Store Manager in setting targets for the team
- Spending time with Team Members to:
- Provide coaching and feedback
- Identify training needs
- Taking ownership of customer feedback, responding appropriately and in a timely manner
- Supporting the team in preparing food and refreshments
Requirements
You’ll bring the following strengths and experience:
- Previous experience of leading or supervising a team is highly desirable
- Passion for delivering a memorable customer experience
- Great communication skills and the ability to:
- Make decisions confidently
- Work on your own initiative
- Make reasoned decisions under pressure
- Flexibility and adaptability
