π We're Hiring: Supervisor β Major Works π
π Location: Finsbury Park
π° Salary: Competitive
π’ Contract Type: Full-time
We're looking for an experienced Supervisor to support the delivery of Major Works projects across social housing. This role will support the Project Lead in managing operatives, administrators, and subcontractors, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
π¨ Key Responsibilities
- Supervise Major Works programmes including planned refurbishments and capital investment projects
- Manage project scheduling, inspections, and quality control
- Monitor subcontractor performance and site compliance
- Conduct team meetings, toolbox talks, and 1-2-1s
- Liaise with clients, residents, and stakeholders
- Produce performance reports and monitor KPIs
- Ensure health & safety standards are maintained
- Support staff training and development
π― What We're Looking For
- Experience supervising Major Works or Planned Works contracts
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- SSSTS, Asbestos Awareness, and Scaffold Inspection qualifications
- Knowledge of social housing maintenance and refurbishment projects
- Commercial awareness and budget management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and report writing
- Full UK driving licence
