About the Role
We’re seeking passionate Shift Supervisors who are eager to step up and lead from the front. Perfect for. confident operators who thrive in fast-paced fast-paced environments, supporting management teams and ensuring top-notch delivery in people, product, and guest experience.

👊 What You’ll Do Here
- Run your shift and lead the team to uphold Popeyes’ outstanding food quality, speed of service, and guest experience standards
- Collaborate with your management team to hit performance goals and drive results
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and keep your team aligned, focused, and energised
- Set the tone and uphold high standards as a role model, leading from the front
- Fostering a fun, inclusive work environment that both the team and guests enjoy
- Provide coaching, training, and development for your team, helping them grow as future leaders
- Ensure full compliance with food safety (HACCP), health & safety, and company standards
- Take ownership of shift performance, managing labour, flow, and service
- Maintain fun and high energy, ensuring smooth and enjoyable service while keeping a popping culture

- Previous experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Shift Manager, preferably in a fast-paced sector like QSRs or fast-casual dining
- Lead-from-the-front mindset—hands-on, supportive and always available to assist your team
- Passion for people-driven success—knowing great results stem from great teams
- Proficiency in managing and enforcing standards, compliance, and food safety
- Strong communication skills to motivate and lead a diverse team
- The ability to remain calm, organised, and focused in busy, high-pressure situations
- Commitment to growth and personal development, with an eye towards management progression
