About the Role
As a Rituals Expert, you’re part of our in-store management team. You are a master of the Rituals feel-good experience, with product expertise to match. You are a true brand ambassador, listening to our customers’ needs while acting as a role model and mentor to Rituals Advisors.
Being a Rituals Expert means being a lead sales advisor with aspirations to expand your professional skill set in luxury retail and cosmetics.

You’ll collaborate with Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers and Rituals Advisors to achieve both personal and store-wide goals. Your direct customer interactions will ensure an optimal customer experience, along with mentoring and supporting Rituals Advisors.
