Steel Frame Supervisor – Data Centre Project
Location: Berkshire
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Inside IR35
We are looking for an experienced Steel Frame Supervisor to join a major data centre project in Berkshire with an immediate start.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience supervising steel frame installation on large construction projects.
- Previous data centre experience is desirable but not essential.
- Strong understanding of steel frame erection, health & safety, and site coordination.
- Ability to manage subcontractors and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to programme.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Role Responsibilities:
- Supervise all steel frame installation activities on site.
- Ensure works are carried out in line with project specifications and health & safety requirements.
- Coordinate with site management, subcontractors, and other trades.
- Monitor progress, quality, and productivity.
- Report on daily site activities and resolve any issues as they arise.
