Supervisor

Supervisor – Savers (Oadby)

📍 Location: Oadby

⏰ Hours per Week: 16 hours, with flexibility to work additional hours if required

➤ Shift Pattern: Part-time with flexible shift patterns across:

  • Mornings
  • Afternoons
  • Evenings
  • Weekends (to be discussed further at interview)

💰 Salary: £13.50 per hour


About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a key figure in store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
  • Coach, develop, and support your team to excel in customer service
  • Maintain outstanding productivity and sales targets
  • Engage with the local community and reflect Savers’ values in your role
  • Collaborate with Store and Assistant Managers to optimise business performance
  • Create a positive, inclusive store environment

Requirements

Ideal candidates have:

  • 1+ years of retail experience
  • A passion for developing their own skills and helping others grow
  • In-depth knowledge of Savers’ product offering
  • Strong leadership and teamwork ethos
  • The desire to keep customers at the heart of everything
