Supervisor – Savers (Oadby)
📍 Location: Oadby
⏰ Hours per Week: 16 hours, with flexibility to work additional hours if required
➤ Shift Pattern: Part-time with flexible shift patterns across:
- Mornings
- Afternoons
- Evenings
- Weekends (to be discussed further at interview)
💰 Salary: £13.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a key figure in store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Coach, develop, and support your team to excel in customer service
- Maintain outstanding productivity and sales targets
- Engage with the local community and reflect Savers’ values in your role
- Collaborate with Store and Assistant Managers to optimise business performance
- Create a positive, inclusive store environment

Requirements
Ideal candidates have:
- 1+ years of retail experience
- A passion for developing their own skills and helping others grow
- In-depth knowledge of Savers’ product offering
- Strong leadership and teamwork ethos
- The desire to keep customers at the heart of everything
