Supervisor (Zizzi Restaurant Team)

£12.92 per hour Plus tronc system and incentives.


About the Role

As a Supervisor at Zizzi, you’ll support the General Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure a fantastic customer experience every shift, from the front-of-house to back-of-house team. Focused on smooth operations and maintaining high standards, your role will play a key part in our passion for great food and service.

Key Responsibilities

As a Supervisor, this is what you’ll be doing on a daily basis:

  • Lead whole-restaurant shifts smoothly—managing staff, front of house, and back of house like a pro.
  • Train and coach your team to deliver the Zizzi customer service journey, ensuring "Great Times" for every customer.
  • Lead the Front of House effort, making sure every table has an amazing experience.
  • Set and maintain high food and restaurant standards—total restaurant cleanliness and perfection are non-negotiable.
  • Hosting & customer facing role: A passion for food that shines when interacting with teams and customers.
  • Build a positive team culture while ensuring loyalty to Zizzi’s Values.
