Supervisor – £12.92 Per Hour + Tronc & Benefits
As a Supervisor at Zizzi, you’ll work closely with our General Manager and Assistant Manager to deliver outstanding customer service while leading the front-of-house and back-of-house teams. Together, we ensure smooth operations, high standards, and a delightful dining experience every shift.

What Will Your Role Involve?
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage shifts smoothly—coordinate the whole restaurant team (front & back of house) to run operations like clockwork.
- Deliver Zizzi’s customer service journey—coach your team to embody our ‘Great Time’ mission and ensure every customer leaves smiling.
- Train & mentor the front-of-house team to create unforgettable experiences.
- Share your passion for food—guarantee every dish served is perfect, fresh, and delicious.
- Maintain restaurant standards—keep the space ‘Looking Fabulous’, always by following guidelines and policies.
- Champion collaboration—work with the whole team to ensure ‘Great Times’ for all customers while keeping service and quality top-notch.
