Supervisor – £12.92 Per Hour Plus Tronc & Benefits
As a Supervisor at Zizzi, you’ll work alongside the General Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure we deliver exceptional customer service and a seamless experience for every guest. You’ll support the smooth operation of the restaurant, maintaining high standards to guarantee every shift runs flawlessly. What You’ll Be Doing
Your role includes:
- Leading shifts efficiently, managing both front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Coaching your team to deliver Zizzi’s Great Time customer service journey – setting high standards for every guest.
- Overseeing the Front of House team, ensuring they create unforgettable experiences for customers.
- Sharing your passion for food and food safety, guaranteeing every dish meets perfect standards.
- Maintaining restaurant standards – from presentation to operations, you’ll ensure everything aligns with Zizzi’s policies.
- Collaborating across the restaurant to uphold the Great Time ethos and taking pride in the service provided.
