Supervisor – £12.92 Per Hour Plus TRonch & Benefits
As a Supervisor, you’ll collaborate with the General Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure our customers receive an outstanding service experience. You’ll support the smooth operation of the restaurant, maintaining high standards across front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) teams. Your Responsibilities (What the Job Involves)
You’ll be responsible for leading, coaching, and delivering exceptional service every shift. Here’s a taste of what your role will look like:
- Lead by example – Take charge of shifts, managing both front-of-house (team, customer service, orders) and back-of-house (kitchen, food prep, timing) to ensure tops-notch operations.
- Elevate the Zizzi customer experience – Embed our ‘Great Time’ philosophy into every shift, coaching your team to deliver personalised, memorable service.
- Front-of-house leadership – Drive the team to create Great Times for guests, leveraging passion for food and industry expertise.
- Quality control – Ensure every dish served is perfect, living up to Zizzi standards—from flawless plating to impeccable food safety.
- Maintain excellence in every detail – Keep the restaurant ‘Looking Fabulous’ by upholding cleaning, presentation, and policy guidelines.
- Teamwork above all – Collaborate with FOH/BOH teams to foster a culture of pride, accountability, and outstanding food and service—because at Zizzi, "Never me, always we."
