Responsibilities

As a Supervisor, your key focus will be:

✅ Operational Excellence

  • Open/close securely and efficiently, adhering to company standards.
  • Lead shift prep alongside management for smooth operations.

✅ Staff Leadership

  • Serve as a key point of contact for both Front of House and Back of House teams.
  • Build strong relationships, fostering collaboration.
  • Coach and develop team members, ensuring their success.

  • Deliver outstanding service to every customer.
