Supervisor
Supervisor Role – JD Sports Fashion Plaza

Hourly Rate
£13.06 per hour
Role Overview
As a Supervisor at JD Sports, you’ll:
- Lead by example, fostering excellent service and operational excellence
- Guide colleagues through shifts while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards
- Support daily tasks as directed by Store Management (including opening/closing procedures)
The role is all about delivering JD’s world-class service—where customers feel inspired, valued, and connected.

Sales & Operations
✔ Monitor sales performance, leveraging in-store tech to upsell and ensure full product visibility. ✔ Drive smart merchandising, from stock rotation to essential placement to tackle lost sales.
Store Vitality
✔ Maintain visual and operational standards: a spotless, well-organised store that reflects JD’s high brand expectations. ✔ Collaborate with management to optimise store performance—whether through merchandising or refining operations.
Skills & Experience Required
✅ Supervisory experience (retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles ideal) ✅ Strong communication & leadership skills, with the confidence to mentor frontline teams. ✅ Keen attention to detail—consistency in service, presentation, and retail operations matters. ✅ Retail insight & trend awareness—passion for our products and JD’s people-first, innovation-focused culture is mandatory.
