Savers Supervisor – Part-Time (16 hours per week, flexible shifts)

- 16 hours per week, with the opportunity to work additional hours
- Flexible shift patterns across mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends (to be discussed during interview)
Salary
£13.50 per hour
About the Role

Responsibilities
The Supervisor role includes:
- Team management: Supporting and developing staff to ensure smoothing operations
- Community engagement: Acting as a positive face for the local area
- Driving performance: Guiding the team to deliver exemplary results
- Wearing the Savers uniform: Fully embodying the company values and spirit to represent Savers greatily
Requirements & Key Skills
We’re looking for a candidate who can say yes to:
- 1+ years of retail experience (essential)
- A passion for ** Skupinely supporting others**— bedroom your colleagues for growth and success
- Ambition to be the best—drive performance and continuously develop their own and others’ skills
- A real love for Savers’ products—understanding what we offer to customers
