Supervisor
Bravissimo – Supervisor (Cambridge)
37.5 hours per week, 12-month fixed-term contract Cambridge Store
Salary & Probation
- Starting rate: £13.71 per hour
- After successful completion of a 3-month probation period: £13.90 per hour
Shop Hours
Monday – Saturday: 09:30 AM – 05:30 PM
Sunday (including bank holidays): 10:30 AM – 04:30 PM

The Role: Supervisor
As a Supervisor at Bravissimo, you will be a vital part of our store management team. Your key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Leading and inspiring the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences from first entry to last.
- Fostering a motivating, high-performance culture to ensure customers feel supported, celebrated, and confident.
- Balancing customer service excellence with back-of-house tasks, including stock management (on-floor and inventory) and until operations.

Who You Are
While formal supervisor experience is a plus, our priority is someone who genuinely understands and aligns with our mission: making every customer feel amazing. Experience in the lingerie industry? Not essential—we provide full training.
