Información sobre el rol

Este rol tiene como objetivo supervisar, planificar y controlar los procesos asociados a la operación, con la finalidad de asegurar el cumplimiento de la producción de corto, mediano y largo plazo, mediante la gestión adecuada de recursos y presupuestos.

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Desarrollar una sólida cultura de seguridad que garantice el cumplimiento de todas las normativas legales pertinentes y de las normas y políticas de Rio Tinto.
  • Planificar, dirigir y ejecutar las actividades de la operación.
  • Asegurar la producción en cantidad y calidad, según requerimientos operativos.
  • Supervisar y orientar a personal que desarrolle trabajos en planta. Capacitación constante del personal a cargo.
  • Confeccionar, controlar, y actualizar procedimientos.
  • Confeccionar reportes, diarios, semanales, mensuales.

Requisitos:

  • Un compromiso con tu seguridad y la del equipo.
  • Formación universitaria en Ing. Química o Ing. Industrial.
  • 3 años de Experiencia previa comprobable en operación, control y supervisión de plantas industriales y liderazgo de equipos de trabajo.
  • Habilidades analíticas, buena capacidad de planificación/organización, autonomía y orientación a resultados.
  • Inglés (deseable).
  • Licencia de conducir.
  • Dominio en aplicaciones de MS Office y SAP.

The Rincon lithium project is a large undeveloped lithium brine project located in the heart of the lithium triangle in the Salta Province of Argentina, an emerging hub for greenfield projects. It is a long-life, scalable resource with one of the lowest carbon footprints of lithium assets in the world. This acquisition is a significant further endorsement of our commitment to the battery materials sector and lithium's role in a low-carbon future.
