Job Description
What You’ll Be Doing
- Carrying out a wide range of bicycle repairs, including:
- Brake adjustments
- Gear tuning
- Wheel truing
- Drivetrain maintenance
- Suspension servicing
- Assembling new bicycles to manufacturer guidelines, ensuring they’re safe and ready for sale.
- Conducting service consultations with customers, diagnosing issues, and providing clear repair recommendations and estimates.
- Supporting customers in selecting the right parts, upgrades, and accessories.
- Performing safety inspections to identify and resolve potential issues.
- Maintaining high standards of quality control so every repair meets safety and service expectations.
- Organising the workshop, managing spare parts, tools, and stock efficiently.
- Delivering excellent customer service by explaining repairs, offering advice, and ensuring every rider leaves confident in their bike.

Qualifications & About You
We’re looking for someone with:
- Skilled in bicycle mechanics, with experience repairing different bike types.
- Previous workshop experience as a mechanic/technician (highly desirable).
- Strong knowledge of bicycle brands, models, and components.
- Detail-focused, committed to quality & safety.
- A confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
- Physically fit to work on your feet and lift bikes when required.
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends in line with store hours.
