Position Overview/Duties

About the Position:

Serves as the primary technical authority and single point of responsibility for USACE-wide IM/IT service, quality, and data management. Under general administrative direction, the incumbent independently leads enterprise-level IT service quality initiatives, supervises quality and data staff, and acts as Service Owner to align IT lifecycles with Army standards.
