Requirements Your medical credentials must be fully verified and acquired from an accredited university in the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the UK, Ireland, or Europe. A strict minimum of 5 years (60 months) of active, hands-on clinical practice following your specialty certification is mandatory. Your core medical background must be anchored in Family Practice, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine. Unhindered, native-level English fluency is an absolute requirement for seamless integration and safety at sea.
