About This Role
We’re offering a career opportunity with vibrant growth prospects at our Norwich office, a modern, inclusive workspace minutes from Norwich City Centre.
Our Supplier Engagement Team, based within Finance Operations, isn’t a traditional finance role. Instead, you’ll play a strategic bridging role between JLL, our global clients, and their supply partners—advocating for smooth partner relationships with problem-solving expertise.

Key Responsibilities
To excel in this role, your focus will include:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for suppliers and external stakeholders
- Addressing financial discrepancies or reconciliations
- Providing exceptional customer service to client inquiries
- Collaborating on transitions and operational projects
- Ensuring accuracy and protection of supplier, mandate, and property-related data
- Facilitating Engaging internal client finance meetings
- Overseeing legal documentation and high-priority escalations
- Engaging in risk & compliance audits and process reviews

Core Requirements
We’re seeking applicants with:
