Supplier Governance Manager

Head of HSQE Supplier Governance & Monitoring

Vision: Cornerstone’s leading digital infrastructure partner

About the Role

Korps an industry-leading digital infrastructure company, we enable a fully connected future. Our mission? Deliver reliable, high-quality site access, infrastructure, and services to meet the UK’s evolving connectivity needs.

For almost two decades, our work has supported the nation’s mobile networks. Now, our future is accelerating — creating more connectivity faster, for more communities and industries.

This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role focused on HSQE (Health, Safety, Quality, Environment) Supplier Governance. You’ll:

  • Lead the evolution of our supplier governance framework to ensure high compliance, safety, and performance.
  • Set strategic direction for outsourced governance partners and supplier performance strategies.
  • Use data and trend analysis to drive continuous improvement.
  • Influence supplier standards, risk management, and execution quality across all Cornerstone projects.

Your work will shape how we monitor, manage, and improve supply partner performance — moving beyond compliance to a preventative, insight-led approach. This is your chance to build a safer, more efficient, and future-proof supplier ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Governance & Strategy

  • Own and evolve the HSQE supplier governance framework, applying a risk-based approach across all contracting activities.
  • Define and manage outsourced governance service provider relationships, ensuring accountability, performance alignment, and clear escalation routes for critical risks.
  • Interpret governance data and trends to inform improvement strategies and supplier performance targets.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
