Due to continued growth and increased demand, we’re looking for a Supplier Inventory Lead to join our Hardware Operations team. So, if you’re an organised and data-driven supply chain professional with a strong focus on inventory management and supplier performance, we would be delighted to hear from you!

About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity to manage supplier inventory, stock health and volume planning to ensure delivery against sales forecasts. You will play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, optimising stock levels, and ensuring strong supplier performance to support operational and commercial objectives.

  • Manage and coordinate supplier inventory to ensure stock availability aligns with demand and forecast requirements
  • Monitor stock levels, usage trends and supplier performance to maintain optimal inventory health
  • Plan and organise workload effectively, managing dependencies, risks and priorities across suppliers and orders
  • Maintain accurate records, reporting and documentation to support governance, auditability and operational visibility
  • Build strong working relationships with internal teams (warehouse, finance, operations) and external suppliers
  • Identify risks such as stock shortages, delays or discrepancies, taking proactive and solution-focused action
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain processes, systems and performance tracking
  • Ensure effective use of systems, tools and procedures to maintain consistency and data accuracy
  • Contribute to broader business goals by aligning inventory management with COO priorities and operational plans

What we’ll need from you:

  • Understanding of supply chain, manufacturing, provisioning or service logistics principles
  • Experience with demand planning, lead times and stock forecasting
  • Familiarity with stock control or ERP systems
  • Strong data analysis skills with confidence using tools such as Microsoft Excel
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple suppliers and priorities
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience working across internal teams and external partners
  • Problem-solving mindset, able to respond quickly to stock or supply issues

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of advanced forecasting techniques
  • Understanding of MRP (Material Requirements Planning)
  • Experience with supplier performance metrics and KPIs
  • Awareness of lean or continuous improvement principles
