We’re currently looking for a Supplier Manager to join our team, ideally based within reach of our office in Brierley Hill.

In this role, you’ll support the Procurement Manager and play a key part in managing relationships between Arc Legal and our external supplier network, including outsource partners and solicitors.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong working relationships and is looking to develop their career within supplier and third-party management. You’ll be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of suppliers, ensuring service standards are met, and working collaboratively with internal teams to support positive customer outcomes.

  • Confident managing and developing external relationships
  • Organised and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Comfortable working with data, service levels, and performance metrics

Previous experience in supplier or stakeholder management is important, and we’re open to candidates from a range of backgrounds who can demonstrate strong relationship management skills. Experience within insurance would be beneficial but not essential.

You’ll be supported by a wider team, including technical specialists who manage more complex accounts, making this an excellent opportunity to build your experience and develop within a growing function.
