Job Description Are you an experienced quality professional with a passion for driving excellence in the nuclear supply chain? We are seeking a highly skilled Supplier Quality & Development Engineer to ensure our suppliers meet the stringent requirements of CSA N299 and ASME NQA‑1, supporting safe, compliant, and reliable delivery across critical nuclear projects. This is a key role within our organisation, offering the opportunity to influence supplier capability, strengthen regulatory compliance, and contribute to the long‑term success of our nuclear programmes. What You’ll Be Doing Lead supplier audits and assessments to CSA N299 / ASME NQA‑1. Ensure suppliers maintain robust, compliant quality systems. Review and approve supplier quality documentation. Drive supplier development and continuous improvement. Support corrective and preventive actions using RCA tools. Validate manufacturing and inspection processes (PPAP, FAI). Maintain audit records, traceability, and documentation integrity. Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits. Collaborate with Procurement, Engineering, and Regulatory teams. Experience Required: Experience in quality engineering, supplier quality, or auditing. Strong understanding of supplier QA processes. Nuclear industry experience (NQA‑1 / CSA N299). Knowledge of ISO 9001. Excellent communication and report‑writing skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and QMS tools. The Successful Candidate: Detail‑driven, analytical, and calm under pressure. Self‑motivated with strong organisational skills. A collaborative team player with a continuous improvement mindset.
