Job Description

We are looking for a Supplier Quality & Development Engineer to join Rotork, supporting the delivery of critical nuclear projects through a robust, compliant, and high-performing supply chain.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring suppliers meet the demanding requirements of CSA N299 and ASME NQA-1, helping to maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. As Rotork continues to support complex nuclear programmes, you'll have the opportunity to influence supplier performance, drive continuous improvement, and contribute directly to the successful delivery of critical infrastructure projects.

Reporting into the Quality function, this role offers the chance to work closely with suppliers, engineering teams, procurement specialists, and regulatory stakeholders to strengthen quality assurance across the nuclear supply chain.

The Opportunity

As a Supplier Quality & Development Engineer, you will be responsible for assessing, developing, and managing supplier quality performance to ensure full compliance with nuclear quality standards and customer requirements.

  • Lead supplier audits and assessments
  • Review quality documentation
  • Support supplier development activities
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives

Working collaboratively with both internal stakeholders and external partners, you will help resolve quality concerns, improve supplier capability, and ensure ongoing compliance with industry regulations and quality management systems.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
