Compensation: £26,228 - £27,000 / year
Description
Reports to: Supplier Relations Team Leader
Location: Nottingham
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week
Employment - Please note that this role is Fixed Term until June 2027
To support the Operations Department with support queries within the Supplier Relations Team to support different areas within the business. The role will also include learning & development of day to day support of queries and meeting designated deadlines. This role will provide gaining essential employments skills such as time keeping, organisation, prioritisation & relationship building at all levels.
What We Need From Yü
Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:
- Organising and prioritising tickets with business risk in mind
- Monitoring internal queries, diagnosing, and rectifying incorrect account discrepancies
- Support departmental queries
- Assisting with email inbox queries
- Assisting with recording written information on systems
- Providing support to the Legal Department for case management
- Providing support to the Debt Team for dispute resolution
- Processing Compliance Payments
