Job Description
This role leads end-to-end order execution from purchase through delivery in OCI data centers, ensuring on-time, right-first-time delivery. The PM drives inventory optimization and proactively de-risks hardware blockers across suppliers, logistics, quality, regulatory, and site readiness, while building cross-functional operating mechanisms with Planning, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Delivery teams. They automate and streamline processes and data flows to improve forecasting, allocation, and visibility, and establish KPIs with executive-ready dashboards for cycle time, reuse, redeployment, excess reduction, and cost-to-serve.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end order execution from purchase through delivery for OCI data center hardware.
- Ensure on-time, right-first-time delivery while proactively identifying and mitigating supply chain and operational risks.
- Drive inventory optimization and manage hardware blockers across suppliers, logistics, quality, regulatory, and site readiness functions.
- Partner cross-functionally with Planning, Supply Chain, Logistics, Delivery, and other stakeholders to establish scalable operating mechanisms.
- Automate and streamline supply chain processes, workflows, and data flows to improve forecasting, allocation, and visibility.
- Develop and maintain executive-ready dashboards and KPIs for cycle time, redeployment, reuse, excess reduction, and cost-to-serve metrics.
- Monitor supplier performance and provide feedback to ensure compliance with Oracle standards and expectations.
- Drive supply chain initiatives, operational improvements, and best practices to increase efficiency and scalability.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships across Oracle lines of business and external supplier organizations.
- Influence product and supplier selection decisions based on cost, technology, and continuity of supply considerations.
