We are looking for a motivated and proactive Supplies Co-ordinator to join our busy Hospital Supplies team within a private healthcare environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem solving, working collaboratively, and developing new skills.
The successful candidate will support the day-to-day management of stock and supplies across multiple hospital departments, helping ensure clinical teams have the products they need to deliver excellent patient care. The role will initially focus on supporting key departments with stock management, ordering, and supply-related queries, while providing administrative support for the Supply team. Over time, there will be opportunities to develop knowledge across multiple areas of the hospital supply team, making this an ideal position for someone who is keen to learn and develop.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage stock levels within allocated departments.
- Process and monitor orders with approved suppliers.
- Investigate and resolve supply-related queries.
- Liaise professionally with hospital departments and external suppliers.
- Assist with stock replenishment and inventory management activities.
- Support the Supply team with administrative tasks and reporting.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of supply processes and systems.
- Provide cross-cover across different supply areas as required.

Essential Skills
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Ability to write clear and professional emails.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to undertake physical duties, including lifting and moving of stock items.
Desirable Experience
- Stock control, logistics, stores or supply chain experience.
- Healthcare experience. (Not essential)
- Experience using inventory management systems.
