This role of Supply Centre Administrator is to provide support to Andover and Poland teams in administration and support activities in areas of travel, projects, audits, SAP, communication etc. (not limited to these activities).

Please note this is 12m FTC, part-time contract (4 days/week, onsite).

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting Andover Supply Centre projects (admin and comms).
  • Maintaining uniform, consumables, stationary, PPE stock levels: auditing, ordering, procurement, replenishment etc.
  • Coordinating office and factory briefs in line with the Communication Calendar.
  • Coordination of organisation charts, distribution lists and ASC notice board.
  • Ordering sundries for the factory (detectamet, printer cartridges, paper cones, water etc.)
  • Raising Purchase Order requests and setting up new suppliers.
  • Organising team meetings and team events.
  • Managing travel arrangements and hotel bookings.
  • Supplier relationship management of laundry provider, raising and resolving issues. General housekeeping of laundry room.

Skills, Knowledge and Proficiency

  • Proficient organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively anticipate your stakeholder’s needs and be adept at working with a degree of ambiguity.
  • Advanced data manipulation and input skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Reliable attention to detail with proactive initiative.
  • Knowledge and experience of working with MRP systems.
  • Proficient MS office skills.
  • Previous experience as an Administrator will be required.
