Supply Chain Administrator

Location: London

Role Type: Contract - 3 months with possible extension or permanent conversion

Work Setup: Hybrid - 3 days in the office (mandatory day is Wednesday)

What you bring

  • Previous experience in a Supply Chain, Supply Planning, Procurement, Purchasing, Production Assistant, Operations or Supply Chain Administration role.
  • Strong SAP experience, ideally SAP HANA, and confidence working in systems for the majority of the day.
  • Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables. An Excel assessment may form part of the process.
  • Experience manipulating and analysing data to produce reports and insights.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisation skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive, switched-on approach with a willingness to learn, develop and contribute new ideas.
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to build effective cross-functional relationships.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience within jewellery, luxury goods, fashion or accessories.
  • Knowledge of jewellery supply chains.
  • Experience working with Bills of Materials (BOMs), product setup, or production processes.
  • Background as a Production Assistant, Production Coordinator or Product Development Assistant within jewellery or fashion.

What you'll do

  • Provide administrative support across procurement and supply planning activities.
  • Raise and manage purchase orders for replenishment and new product launches.
  • Check order status, process invoices and proactively follow up on any supply chain issues.
  • Work extensively in SAP (approximately 80% of the role) ensuring accurate product, component and stock information.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of Bills of Materials (BOMs) to ensure products are correctly set up before production.
  • Manage stock and component movements, working closely with Logistics, Finance, Sourcing and Production teams.
  • Maintain shipment trackers, documentation and supply chain records.
  • Support reworks, dismantling activities, cancellations and ad-hoc reporting requirements.
  • Analyse and manipulate data using Excel to support operational decision making.
