About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and organised Supply Chain Analyst to join our Supply Chain team, reporting to the Senior Contracts Advisor.

This role plays a key part in driving competitive advantage through effective and ethical supply chain management. You will support sourcing and contracting activities, contribute to commercial negotiations, and ensure the timely and compliant delivery of goods and services to support operational and project requirements.

Acting as a trusted business partner, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to support safe, efficient, and commercially sound supply chain outcomes.

  • Ensure full adherence to company HSEQ policies and procedures across all supply chain activities.
  • Initiate, negotiate, and administer commercial, legal, and HSEQ aspects of contracts, purchase orders, and service agreements.
  • Coordinate and expedite procurement activities to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services.
  • Support contractor management and HSEQ activities to promote safe and reliable operations.
  • Monitor compliance with supply chain processes and governance requirements.
  • Review and recommend improvements to contracting and purchasing procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Act as an interface between operational teams and subject matter experts regarding dangerous goods, lifting equipment, and PPE.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure compliant procurement and contracting activities.
  • Support contractor and contingent workforce management, including IR35 compliance and associated documentation.

What You’ll Bring

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 1–3 years’ experience in procurement, contracts, or supply chain (E&P or energy sector experience advantageous).
  • Understanding of procurement processes, contract administration, and supplier management.
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong Excel skills; ERP experience (SAP desirable).
  • Working towards CIPS qualification desirable.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Contract Type
