Supply Chain Analyst – Zima Dental
About the Role
We're hiring a Supply Chain Analyst to join the Supply Chain team at Zima Dental. This is a high-responsibility role for someone looking for steep learning, real ownership, and hands-on exposure to how a fast-growing, high-volume physical product business moves goods from factory to customer. From day one, you'll be trusted to help deliver against key supply chain metrics and support business-critical projects impacting cost, product availability, and growth.
This role spans the end-to-end supply chain, including:
- Production
- Freight and logistics
- Warehousing and fulfilment
- Forecasting and planning
As an early owner, you'll collaborate closely with Operations, Product, Marketing, Quality, and Customer Experience, ensuring product flows efficiently, projects progress quickly, and high standards are met. Expect immediate contributions, problem-solving independence, and real decision-making exposure. The fast-paced environment demands high performance, but top performers receive rapid progression, autonomy, and leadership pathways.
For those seeking early responsibility, analytical challenges, and career acceleration, this role is ideal.

-
Data & Analysis:

- Develop models and scenario analyses to refine decision-making.
- Translate operational data into clear, actionable insights for continuous improvement.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
