Supply Chain Analyst
Location: Farnborough
Clearance Required: This role will require SC clearance.
Leidos currently has an opening for an Ecosystem Supply Chain Analyst. The Supply Chain Analyst provides analytical, governance, and operational support across the supply chain and supplier ecosystem, ensuring robust control of supplier lifecycle activities, data integrity, and compliance assurance.
The role is responsible for the day-to-day management of supplier onboarding and offboarding, maintenance of authoritative supply chain data, and coordination of assurance, security, and governance inputs. Through accurate reporting, stakeholder liaison, and disciplined process execution, the postholder enables effective supplier management and supports timely, informed decision-making across the programme.
Primary Responsibilities
Supplier Onboarding, Offboarding & Lifecycle Management
- Initiate supplier screening requests, including Trade Compliance checks and credit checks.
- Manage the end-to-end supplier onboarding and offboarding process, acting as the primary point of contact for suppliers throughout.
- Maintain and update the Ecosystem Register and Onboarding Tracker to ensure accurate, complete, and auditable records.
- Manage NDAs and supplier security requirements in coordination with Security teams.
- Track supplier lifecycle status, including onboarding progress, suspensions, and exits.
Supplier Governance & Compliance
- Support adherence to Supply Chain Management Procedures and ecosystem governance controls.
- Monitor supplier compliance with contractual, security, export control, and regulatory requirements (including MOD and Leidos standards).
- Support audits, assurance activities, and evidence gathering for internal and external reviews.
- Maintain accurate supplier compliance records and supporting documentation.
Supply Chain Analysis & Reporting
- Analyse supplier data to support onboarding decisions, tiering, performance monitoring, and risk assessment.
- Produce dashboards, metrics, and management information (MI) to support governance forums.
- Deliver regular reports highlighting trends, risks, capacity constraints, and compliance status.
- Support capability, capacity, dependency, and resilience analysis across the supplier ecosystem.
Stakeholder Engagement & Coordination
- Act as a point of contact for supply chain data, reporting, and supplier status queries.
- Liaise with Procurement, Security (Leidos and MOD), Technical teams, the CWE Support Team, and Ecosystem Management stakeholders.
- Manage engagement with existing ecosystem suppliers and support supplier communications.
- Notify suppliers of upcoming competitions and support supplier events, inductions, and communications.

Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting efficiency, and analytical capability.
- Contribute to the development of standard templates, dashboards, and analytical models.
- Support the implementation of new tools, processes, or reporting approaches across the supply chain function.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education.
- Experience in a supply chain, procurement, commercial, or analytical role.
- Experience coordinating suppliers and managing procurement related documentation and processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to present clear, concise insights.
- Experience producing management reports, dashboards, or performance metrics.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate, validated data.
- Confident written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask, work under tight deadlines, and operate with some supervision.
- Strong stakeholder management skills; diplomatic and professional in managing supplier relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in public sector, defence, or other regulated environments.
- Knowledge of supplier onboarding, governance, and lifecycle management.
- Experience working with large or complex supplier ecosystems.
- Experience using Power BI or similar reporting tools.

Pay Range
£32,600.00-£38,400.00
The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
