Supply Chain Analyst - Up to £52,000 + 15% Bonus / Basingstoke
2 days per month in the office
We're working with a leading retailer looking to strengthen their Analytics function with a Supply Chain Analyst. You'll turn complex operational data into clear insights that improve availability, stock flow, and efficiency across the supply chain.
Responsibilities
- Analyse supply chain and logistics data to uncover insights and drive better decisions
- Translate complex datasets into clear recommendations for operational stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate reporting processes
- Partner with Supply Chain, Logistics, and Commercial teams on key challenges
- Deliver deep-dive analysis highlighting risks and opportunities
- Build strong stakeholder relationships to influence decision-making

Experience Required

- Analytical experience within Supply Chain and/or Logistics
- Strong SQL skills; Python or R desirable
- Experience with cloud data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery)
- Proven ability to turn data into clear, actionable recommendations
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to data quality
