Join our Broughton supply chain team as a Supply Chain & Quality Manager—where your expertise will directly ensure the quality, integrity, and performance of critical suppliers for Cross Programme Assemblies.

How You Will Contribute To The Team
Supplier Selection & Onboarding
- Evaluate supplier capability and quality standards during tendering to inform contract decisions
- Manage certifications and qualifications for New Product Introductions (NPI) and transfers of work (TOW)
Operational Performance & Contract Management
- Act as the primary operational interface
- Drive end-to-end performance to consistently deliver on-time, on-quality, and cost targets
Risk Management & Problem Solving
- Identify industrial risks
- Build robust mitigation strategies
- Establish rapid short-term recovery plans when disruptions occur
Continuous Improvement & Governance
- Assess supplier capacity
- Lead strategic performance improvement projects
- Report on operational KPIs using standard management tools
About You
- Solid experience in procurement activities
- Background in supply chain and quality management
- Strong analytical capability to assess supplier capacity and performance metrics
