How You Will Contribute To The Team

Supplier Selection & Onboarding

  • Evaluate supplier capability and quality standards during tendering to inform contract decisions
  • Manage certifications and qualifications for New Product Introductions (NPI) and transfers of work (TOW)

Operational Performance & Contract Management

  • Act as the primary operational interface
  • Drive end-to-end performance to consistently deliver on-time, on-quality, and cost targets

Risk Management & Problem Solving

  • Identify industrial risks
  • Build robust mitigation strategies
  • Establish rapid short-term recovery plans when disruptions occur

Continuous Improvement & Governance

  • Assess supplier capacity
  • Lead strategic performance improvement projects
  • Report on operational KPIs using standard management tools

About You

  • Solid experience in procurement activities
  • Background in supply chain and quality management
  • Strong analytical capability to assess supplier capacity and performance metrics
