Designing award-winning products for our market-leading brands – Mira Showers, Rada, and Recoup - is our lifeblood. We focus on investment, investing in the best technology and resources available, and investing in each and every individual. Put simply, it’s who we are. Whether you arrive at our factories in Cheltenham or Hull, have a visit from a Service Engineer or pick up the phone to our Customer Service team, you’ll instantly see that, no matter our department or location, we all share the same values at Kohler Mira.
From day one you’re part of the Kohler Mira community – a collaborative, forward-focused team with a shared pride in our work and commitment to delight our customers, develop innovative products and services, and inspire our people (who knew a bathroom manufacturing company did all this!).
But, to get to where we want to be, we are looking for new talent; a Year-In-Industry student to help support our Supply Chain function. Find out more below!
Who You Are?
At Kohler Mira, we are passionate about delivering extraordinary showering experiences for the end user. The main requirement of the Supply Chain Year-In-Industry role is to provide support operationally and on projects, across several teams in the Supply Chain function.
This is a very large and very important function within the business and it covers inbound supply of components all the way through to delivery of products to our customers - from suppliers receiving purchase orders, to the business receiving the components, through to having a finished product produced, packed, and distributed from our warehouse. Some areas within the Supply Chain that you would experience are (but not limited to) Purchasing, Material Control, Value Engineering, Logistics, Warehouse and Quality.
The preferred candidate will have strong interpersonal, customer service, communication (verbal and written), time management, organisational, and analytical skills; and will be able to problem solve, prioritise, and meet deadlines. A keen attention to detail is critical due to the importance of delivering correct data and processing timelines. The role may also require you to develop new processes and procedures, so creative thinking and a desire for driving continuous improvement would be welcome.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
