About the Role

Corin Group is a global orthopaedics innovation business headquartered in Cirencester, Gloucestershire. Across our seven units in Lovel Lane, we manufacture knee and hip implants distributed worldwide, ensuring patients receive the best possible outcomes through precision, quality, and customer-centric innovation. With over 500 employees, we are currently expanding and seeking an Associate Project Manager to drive efficient project delivery across cross-functional teams.

This role offers a hybrid working model (after training and probation): 3 days onsite at our headquarters in Cirencester and 2 days remotely.

Key Responsibilities

The Supply Chain Associate Project Manager will resource, plan, manage, and execute projects, ensuring successful delivery through collaboration with the Project Core Teams. Core responsibilities include:

  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver projects on time, ensuring objectives, milestones, and deliverables are achieved.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, managing resources, timelines, risks, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Finance, Product Development, Manufacturing, Regulatory functions, and Operations, to achieve project success.
  • Lead Stage-Gate activities, ensuring projects progress efficiently through key review and approval milestones.
  • Monitor project performance, track deliverables, and provide regular updates and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Support and guide project teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and goal achievement.
  • Coordinate with external suppliers and manufacturing partners to support project execution.
  • Identify and manage project risks proactively, implementing mitigation strategies where necessary.
  • Provide significant project management support to the Warehouse team, including:
    • Planning, coordinating, and delivering operational improvement initiatives.
    • Managing priorities, resources, timelines, and process improvement projects in partnership with Warehouse and Operations.
    • Ensuring successful implementation of warehouse-related projects while minimising disruption to daily operations.
    • Adhering to Corin’s quality standards, regulatory requirements, SOPs, and health and safety policies.

Required Skills & Experience

Candidates should possess:

  • Previous project management experience (essential).
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, logistics processes, and operational improvement initiatives.
  • Experience coordinating and influencing cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Proven ability to manage risks, issues, change requests, and dependencies effectively.
  • Exceptional planning, organisational, and time management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with an ability to analyze issues, evaluate solutions, and make decisions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to present complex information.
  • Proficiency in project management and planning tools (highly IT literate).
  • Experience managing project budgets and financial resources.
  • High attention to detail, commitment to quality outcomes, and ability to produce technical reports, business updates, and presentations.
  • Strong coaching, collaboration, and active listening skills.

Bonus Knowledge/Advantageous:

  • Familiarity with quality, regulatory, and compliance requirements in a regulated environment, particularly within medical devices, pharma, or healthcare.

The role offers a salary of £35,000.00–£40,000.00 (based on experience), together with:

  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
  • Pension contribution: 6% initially, escalating to 9.7% after 18 months.
