We are looking for talented individuals to join our Supply Chain and Procurement team as a Supply Chain Compliance Manager at our Wolverhampton site.
Safran Actuation Systems UK is a world‑class centre for the design, manufacture and support of actuation and flight‑control solutions used across commercial, military and rotary platforms. With major sites in Wolverhampton and Banbury, our teams play a critical role in delivering innovative, reliable and safe systems that keep aircraft performing at their best.

Your Role
- Work closely day to day with the Supply Chain Strategy and Bid teams, implementing processes and standard work needed to improve compliance.
- Work with SAP experts and process owners within the supply chain function to implement system updates and automate processes.
- Work closely with Supply chain contracts and Customer contracts teams to close contract symmetry gaps and ensure customer requirements are accurately flowed to the supplier.
- Support supplier meetings as required as a point of escalation, advising on compliance requirements and delivering education and compliance training as required.
- Review and approve internal supplier compliance files prior to supplier contract agreement and PO release.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance and address any gaps with relevant teams
- Act as the primary point of contact for USG compliance queries within Supply Chain
- Review key supplier transfers on USG contracts and advise on compliance implications
- Develop the Supply Chain Commercial Item Determination process
- Improve USG contracting knowledge across Supply Chain through training

Additional Information
Occasional travel may be required for training and supplier visits to support negotiations and provide guidance on USG compliance.
What You'll Bring
Essential
- Background in compliance, process improvement, procurement, contract management or program management.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to map processes to identify areas for improvement.
- The role requires a proactive self-starter who can work independently, build relationships internally and externally, and grow their own knowledge.
Desirable
- Knowledge of US Government Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), particularly FAR 15, FAR 12 and TINA compliance, is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided.
