About the Role
We’re looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team based at London Bridge Hospital. Our Supply Chain team plays a vital role in ensuring clinicians have the products, equipment and supplies they need to deliver exceptional patient care every day.
Working closely with wards, theatres, nurses, consultants and suppliers, the team is responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels, managing inventory, coordinating purchasing activity and ensuring the seamless flow of materials throughout the hospital.
As one of the UK's leading private healthcare facilities, London Bridge Hospital relies on a highly effective supply chain operation to support world-class clinical services, making this a key position within the wider organisation.
Responsibilities
As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you'll be responsible for ensuring inventory and purchasing processes run smoothly across the hospital. From monitoring stock levels and placing purchase orders to resolving supplier queries and analysing inventory data, you'll play a critical role in supporting operational continuity and patient care.
This is a varied and fast-paced position that offers exposure to multiple stakeholders across the hospital, giving you the opportunity to develop strong supply chain, procurement and stakeholder management skills within a leading healthcare environment.
You'll enjoy working in a collaborative team where your contribution has a direct impact on ensuring clinical departments have the materials they need when they need them.
What You’ll Do
- Manage inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock across hospital departments.
- Create and process purchase orders while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts and inventory checks to maintain accuracy and minimise discrepancies.
- Monitor, investigate and resolve purchase order, invoice and stock-related issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
- Produce and analyse daily, weekly and monthly inventory reports to support operational decision-making.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
