About The Role
Supply Chain Coordinator
Full-time, Permanent
Great Yarmouth or Aberdeen, Hybrid
The Role
This role supports the supply chain team by delivering efficient administrative coordination to ensure the timely and seamless delivery of supplier goods and work packages across James Fisher Energy Services. Acting as a key point of support, the Supply Chain Coordinator will carry out a range of administrative activities while maintaining high standards of accuracy and organisation, consistently following best practice and adhering to established divisional processes and procedures.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Administrative support for raising Purchase Orders across Energy Services.
- Generate expediting reports and track on-time delivery for all main suppliers and projects as required for Energy Services.
- Onboarding of new suppliers and maintenance of supplier documentation and records.
- Assistance with the quotation of parts and services across Energy Services.
- Resolve supplier invoice queries and discrepancies.
- Generate reports from supply chain systems.
- Cover for Supply Chain procurement holidays / illness or as required.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a supply chain role.
- Experience in dealing with complex fast-paced cross-functional projects in engineering, offshore services or related industry.
- Experience in using ERP systems – IFS would be advantageous.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Excel and full Microsoft Office suite.
