Supply Chain Coordinator
Main Purpose
Manage the supply chain to ensure products are delivered on time, at the right cost, and in line with regulations.
Health & Safety
Follow and promote safety and environmental rules.
Logistics & Transport
- Plan and track shipments
- Work with transport providers
- Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
- Resolve issues
Import & Export
- Handle customs documentation
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations
- Work with brokers and shipping partners

Planning
- Support production scheduling
- Ensure materials are available
- Align supply with customer demand
Purchasing
- Raise purchase orders
- Support supplier selection
- Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods
Inventory
- Monitor stock levels
- Work with the warehouse to maintain accuracy
Data & Reporting
- Track performance such as delivery times and costs
- Support process improvements

Communication
- Work with teams across the business

Key Skills & Experience
- Experience in supply chain/logistics
- Knowledge of import/export rules
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office
Qualifications
- Degree in Supply chain management/logistics is preferable but not essential
