Supply Chain Coordinator

Main Purpose

Manage the supply chain to ensure products are delivered on time, at the right cost, and in line with regulations.

Health & Safety

Follow and promote safety and environmental rules.

Logistics & Transport

  • Plan and track shipments
  • Work with transport providers
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
  • Resolve issues

Import & Export

  • Handle customs documentation
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations
  • Work with brokers and shipping partners

Planning

  • Support production scheduling
  • Ensure materials are available
  • Align supply with customer demand

Purchasing

  • Raise purchase orders

Key Skills & Experience

  • Experience in supply chain/logistics
  • Knowledge of import/export rules
  • Strong organisation and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office

Qualifications

  • Degree in Supply chain management/logistics is preferable but not essential
