Supply Chain Coordinator
We are seeking an organised and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to support the efficient flow of materials and products across the business. The successful candidate will ensure goods are sourced, transported and delivered on time, at the right cost, and in compliance with relevant regulations.
Hours: 37 per week
Salary: 35k-40k dependant on experience
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Manage import and export activities, including customs documentation and regulatory compliance.
- Support production planning by ensuring material availability aligns with customer demand.
- Raise and manage purchase orders, liaising with suppliers to secure supply requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and work closely with warehouse teams to maintain stock accuracy.
- Track supply chain performance, identifying opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
- Build effective relationships with suppliers, freight providers, customs brokers and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and company procedures.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a supply chain, logistics, purchasing or planning role.
- Knowledge of import/export processes and customs requirements.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Qualifications
- Degree in Supply chain management/logistics is preferable but not essential
