Supply Chain Coordinator I

Rotating Shift - 40 hours

Position Summary

Call and WE required

Reporting to the Manager/Supervisor, Supply Chain Operations, the Supply Chain Coordinator I is responsible for the timely and accurate receipt, unpacking, and restocking of all supplies and small equipment for the assigned entity. The role ensures assigned areas have sufficient supply to sustain operations until the next scheduled restocking event through accurate ordering for the next day’s delivery and management of secondary replenishment from the hospital’s central storeroom prior to concluding the restocking procedure for the unit. This role will review units prior to completing restocking procedure for low inventory items and subsequently issues and retrieves supplies from central storeroom before exiting the unit.

Education

  • Requires the ability to read at minimum of 8th grade level, and mathematical ability of at least a 6th grade level.
  • Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a G.E.D. Certificate preferred

Work Experience

  • Six months of prior professional work experience required.
  • Experience in a warehouse, hospital supply chain or customer service role preferred.

Salary Range

  • Minimum 16.65/hour - Maximum 27.50/hour.
  • Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
  • In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
