About The Role

We’re looking for a driven and talented Supply Chain Data Controller/Analyst to join our Supply Chain team at our Segensworth site. Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, the role is responsible for collecting, analysing and interpreting supply chain and operational data to support strategic and operational decision-making across the business. To develop reporting, dashboards and analytical models to provide visibility of supply chain performance and drive continuous improvement through data insights.

What You’ll Be Doing

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain supply chain reporting and KPI frameworks and dashboards
  • Analyse datasets to identify trends, risks and opportunities
  • Produce regular performance reports
  • Develop Power BI dashboards and automated reporting
  • Analyse inventory, supplier performance and capacity utilisation
  • Input, extract and analyse ERP/MRP data
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Present insights to stakeholders and leadership
  • Supports leadership in driving data-led improvements and cost reduction initiatives

What We’re Looking For

Essential

  • APICS CPIM or APICS CSCP or relevant discipline
  • Data Analyst certification
  • Advanced user capability in Excel and Power BI
  • Data modelling and visualisation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of supply chain processes
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management
  • Experience in detailed data and supply chain analysis
  • Development of dashboard and reporting tools
  • High competency working with large, complex datasets across ERP/MRP systems
  • Manufacturing environment experience

  • Power BI, SQL, Lean Six Sigma or equivalent
  • Experience working within AS9100 and/or ISO‑regulated environments
  • Support and/or adoption of digitisation initiatives (real-time KPI tracking, AI, predictive analytics etc.)
  • Exposure to supply chain planning concepts (SIOP, forecasting, inventory optimisation)
  • Advanced data cleansing, transformation and validation
