Company Description

WSH is the parent company for leading brands operating in the catering and hospitality sectors. Our brands operate in diverse sectors, including:

  • Public spaces – such as the Science Museum, St Pancras Champagne bar and Dublin Zoo
  • Workspaces – from power stations to investment banks
  • Education – primary schools, secondary schools, colleges and universities

A central support office provides financial, HR, IT, Supply Chain and other administrative services to the group companies each of whom retains its own personality and who operate across a number of catering and hospitality markets.

Recent acquisitions provide the group with new opportunities and include prestigious locations such as Musée Du Louvre in Paris and partnerships with established chefs such as Claus Meyers in Denmark.

Job Description

This role supports the development, governance, and ongoing enhancement of the Supply Chain data platform, ensuring data is structured, reliable, and aligned to agreed standards. The role enables effective use of data across the business and will evolve alongside platform developments, including the transition to Microsoft Fabric.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Act as a first point of contact for data, reporting, and system-related queries within Supply Chain
  • Support the design and ongoing development of the Supply Chain Datamart, ensuring robust data governance and alignment to agreed data standards and business definitions, with transition into the Microsoft Fabric environment
  • Develop and maintain department-wide Power BI datasets and semantic models, ensuring security, consistency, scalability, and alignment of data as part of the move to Fabric
  • Build and maintain Power BI reports for business areas without dedicated analysts, while supporting other analysts with dataset usage, report queries, and issue resolution
  • Develop orchestrations to automate processes and data pipelines to reduce manual effort, improve reliability, and standardise business processes
  • Develop working knowledge across SQL, data modelling, and Power BI, with the opportunity to build deeper expertise in specific areas
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Commercial, Digital, and IT teams to deliver consistent, governed data solutions

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
