About the Role

Henkel Consumer Brands hold leading market positions worldwide, and its Brand name product business is continuously developing. Operating within both Retail and Professional Industries, our Brands and products are used widely every day. You will be part of a rotational programme in three roles:

  • Customer Excellence
  • Logistics
  • Demand Planning

What You’ll Do

  • Customer Excellence (Customer complaints & claims management)
    • Handle customer conversations via inbound emails and conduct ad-hoc analysis
    • Monitor and manage cases through GBS+ (Shared Service Centre)
    • Act as the customer’s internal point-of-contact for resolving and negotiating issues relating to:
      • Order delays
      • Incidents
      • Returns
      • Pricing
      • Invoices
    • Drive performance improvements within the team
    • Use analysis and insights to identify key trends and propose improvements
    • Work within established company practices and compliance guidelines
    • Work independently while restant within a well-supported team

  • Logistics
    • Provide SAP support for operational fundamentals, including:
      • Reworks
      • Purchase orders
    • Oversee Electronic Data Interface (EDI) management
    • Monitor and report on key supply chain metrics

  • SKP Professional
    • Returns Management
    • Coordinate urgent shipments

  • Demand Planning
    • Support Demand reviews with PowerBI and Microsoft Office
    • Manage out-of-stock reports
    • Assist the Project Implementation Manager across all project stages
    • Oversee product lifecycle management in SAP

What Makes You a Good Fit?

Minimum Qualifications

  • A-Levels: BCC or BTEC: DMM
  • GCSEs:
    • Maths Grade 4-9
    • English Language Grade 4-9
