XPO’s Degree Apprenticeship Programme is a fully funded, four-year journey designed to fast track you into leadership. What You’ll Experience
- A hands-on role within our warehousing and transport operations, giving you exposure to both areas of the supply chain
- The guarantee of moving around the Midlands area each year, to learn and specialise in another exciting part of our business
- Progressive responsibilities year-on-year, as you grow in experience, skills and confidence
- A personalised development plan, complete with a senior mentor, role-specific training, and real-world experience
- Study on campus for a taste of the university life and get the opportunity to learn from the best at the Supply Chain Academy in Upminster
- Opportunities to visit different sites, meet department heads at our quarterly insight sessions and travel around the business
What You Need To Succeed At XPO
