About the Role

Our Supply Chain Apprenticeship (Future Retail Leader scheme) is a 4-year development programme designed to give you the tools to launch your career in distribution while learning the foundations of what makes a great supply chain colleague.

We are passionate about supporting your growth—just ask our former apprentices-turned-mentors. As part of the scheme, you’ll be paired with experienced mentors who’ve been in your shoes, ensuring you learn from the best!

Over the four years, you’ll gain hands-on experience across every aspect of our operational Supply Chain—whether it’s with our Stoke distribution team or supporting our Home Delivery Network for direct-to-customer fulfillment.

You’ll also earn a Level 6 Supply Chain Management Degree Apprenticeship while working, combining theory with practical experience.
